Utility of NOTA
It is hardly possible to make the difference between voting for NOTA and not to vote at all. As far my understanding goes there is no difference. The intention behind NOTA is to give effective right to the voters not to vote any listed candidate and consequently if NOTA secures vote more than all the candidates the seat should be declared won by NOTA.

As of now voting for NOTA is a futile constitutional exercise and it is as good or it is as bad as not to go to vote. In my opinion it is a dictatorial democracy, it's not participatory democracy. Every election will certainly have its result whether people participate in it or not. In a democracy where every rejection is more an acceptance, every non participation is more a participation and every non-acooperation is more a cooperation it can hardly be called participatory system. It is mockery in the name of 'of the people, by the people, for the people'. It is virtually off the people, far the people, buy the people.
